- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪No one answers the phone. You stay on hold with extremely loud, obnoxious music that loops with each recorded interruption. Instead, you should call the department you're trying to reach - in Hammond - to get what you need. Doing this was successful for me.March 21, 2017by Pam Miller
